Tap a field colour. We show blouse shades pulled from the border logic our stylists use — contrast, jewellery metal, and when to wear it.
1. Pick a saree colour
Gold tissue, ivory, bottle green, and black are the four blouses stylists reach for with red. Gold is bridal; ivory is quieter; green is a Gujarati contrast; black is for a modern reception.
Match when the weave is loud (heavy zari, Patola geometry). Contrast when the field is plain and you want the blouse to finish the look. A contrast colour pulled from the border is the safest middle path.
Warm colours (red, maroon, gold, orange, green) take gold. Cool lilac, silver-grey, and some ivories take white metal. If the saree has gold zari, stay with gold even if the field is blue.
